Frequently Asked Questions

We offer commercial cleaning services as well as commercial and residential lawn care.

We offer both one-time and recurring services for both our cleaning and lawn care services.

We serve Oklahoma City and Edmond.

All payments are due before services are rendered. 

Commercial Cleaning: We offer scheduled and retainer services.

Lawn care: We offer weekly, and bi-weekly services, as well as front only service.

If inclement weather prevents services from being provided on the day services are scheduled, services will be provided at the earliest available date for services paid for. 

Pet droppings must be removed or a 25% cross-contamination prevention fee will be assessed. Services will not be completed until the fee is paid or the droppings are removed.

Gate codes/keys must be provided prior to arrival or services will not be provided. 

Mutual resolution is always our company’s top goal.

We bag and place debri in your trash can(s). We do not haul off. Sometimes it is good to order an extra trash can which can be an additional monthly cost through the city.

Commercial Cleaning: Windows are considered extra. Our regular cleaning services consists of post construction and make-ready cleaning. Post construction cleaning consists of cleaning and clearing dust from the premises to prepare for move-in. Make-ready services consists of cleaning and removing trash from the premises to prepare for move-in.

Lawn care: Hedge trimming, deweeding, and all other requests outside of regular lawn care services will be charged extra. Regular lawn care service includes mowing of the front and backyard (or front yard only), weed eating of the front and backyard (or front yard only), edging of the front yard, blowing off the front porch and back patio/deck (or front porch only), and the bagging of debris caused by the previously mentioned services.
